Hi guys, I’m not sure if this is the right place for this but this annoys the hell out of me and I can’t find anywhere online to ask BTG about it. I’ve noticed a lot of the time when I get a win and it’s about to cascade that you can see if there’s a bonus symbol coming up before as it has the green glow around the box, it’s the only symbol that does. Nearly all the time with 2 bonus symbols already it drops down no problem. The green symbol on this 3 bonus tease however didn’t drop down. I’ve played this games for hours upon hours and never had this happen before, I was playing on a different casino to usual. Could they have tampered with this themselves or is this a classic case on tin foil hat? Regardless it has me tilted after several losing sessions.
