  1. For a month I have been struggling to open my SUGARCASINO account after it was closed to me on the grounds that I did not send in time I don't know what documents. I tried to contact the supper live but in vain. The girls there seem to be like robots, they are programmed to answer with the same answer for any question (send mail to support) of course no one answers to support. And if you somehow get an answer from them, it seems to be after many days. After I sent all the documents, they emailed me that it's ok and that I have to reset the password and I can play again. I forgot to mention that they blocked my account with 1300 and some euros, my money, not the winnings. And it seems that I'm spinning like in a dubious circle with them, I tried to call to give messages but nothing. They seized my money and now I'm asking for a document, but I haven't heard that there is such a thing. They asked me for a document as if I had lent someone. Seriously good people. I am surprised that such a casino still exists. I wish you bankruptcy.
