Unfortunately Casino daddy have not helped at all. I have messaged them 3 times and started this thread over 7 days ago now. I started an ask gamblers complaint and they are helping. I think this experience shows where the attention goes when it comes to Caisnodaddy, get those pleayers signed up, get their CPA or rev share and then don't card.

Thank you for all this. I have started an ask gamblers complaint. Unfortunately skrill is not an available option on my deposit page. Chat have told me Skrill is no longer available but I know this is untrue. I am not happy to put more money in when I am not able to withdraw what is in the account. I would of hoped someone at Casinodaddy could of helped as they have people on the forum i assume.

Day 5 now since I contacted Casinodaddy via email and 4 days since i started this thread......No help or response from them.....Happy to take my affiliate money on sign up? But no interest in helping their players when a casino won't allow them to withdraw? Difficult to think any differently at this stage....

@Casinodaddy I sent you a request via email also and have not had a response as of yet? My askgamblers complaint against this casino has been published by West I doubt will respond. It would be great if someone here could help?

Hello I signed up to West Casino through Casinodaddy link and deposited with my card. I checked Ts and Cs and accepted payment methods including their withdrawal policy and the site states you can withdraw to the same method you used to deposit. However upon attempting to withdraw card option is not available. Trustly and Ecopayz are the only options showing. Not mastercard or skrill (both of which I have, despite these being advertised on the site. Chat unfortunately are not fit for purpose (screen grabs attached) and the casino has been unresponsive. Trustly does not work when you attempt to use it and I closed my Ecopayz over a year ago and do not use this provider. I would like to withdraw to the method I used to deposit inline with MGA regs and in line with West Casino Ts and Cs. Alternatively I can bank transfer or use skrill and verify both. At this point West Casino are simply refusing to help and allow me to withdraw which is in conflict to their Ts and Cs. Can anyone help?

Hello team & community I was wondering if someone could help? Im being treated terribly by GGbet who have lied on email to me and are refusing to accept im verified despite me providing all information that meets criteria. *GGBET ARE SISTE COMPANY TO VULKAN VEGAS SO MAYBE SOMEONE CAN HELP. Ive won a little money with them (Less then 1k euros) and as soon as I tried withdrawing they asked for a Video call or whatsapp call where I share my screen with them so they can see skrill! I ABSOLUTELY REFUSED. I did not feel safe or secure doing this and anyway my laptop camera is not in use. So I sent in my Passport, posted bill (Luckily had pic of this from recent loan application as im paperless), bank cards, skrill page and selfie with ID. They then asked for a selfie holding my passport with a handwritten note. I explained I don't have a camera and my camera phone doesnt work anymore. I stated the only way I could do this is to break restrictions in my country and have a friend take it. THEY DIDNT CARE! They just said once I provide this photo my account would be verified (I have email proof). SO i got a friend to break the rules, risk COVID and take them. I sent them in. Next day they ask for selfie with my proof of address and proof of address picture again? I told them no. I don't have one posted as im paperless and im not breaking restrictions again for a picture. They had told me all they needed was the above picture and I would be verified. They have lied to me and seem to have no intention of giving me my money. Could someone from your team help as you promote Vulkan and maybe someone there could have a work? Thank you in advance, LONNNNNNG time watcher Richard.
