Hello all, I am new here and was hoping for either some support or to protect others. I recently signed up for biamo.bet through another streamers affiliate link. I am posting here as I notice aboutslots also promotes this casino. I made a deposit of $200, received a deposit of $300 (150%)... and the following sequence of events happened: Played reactoonz, got up to around 3k and wagered around 4,000.Checked wager progress, showed as $0.Contacted chat asking why wager wasn't moving. Was informed they would send a ticket to get it fixed.I asked if the previous bets would count towards wager, was informed they didn't know and to please wait.I continued to play and got my balance up to around $7000.Two days later the wager bar was fixed but I had to start from $0. I did not complain about this and just accepted it.I completed the wager with a balance of around $6000.The following day after requesting a withdraw my account was disabled. After approximately one week my account was reinstated however the balance was modified and $5700 was deducted. Total balance now $300. Chat informed me this is due to breach of rule 9.7 in their terms and conditions. in review of rule 9.7, I played by all rules i did not break any terms or conditions. I have asked chat and support multiple times to provide a detailed explanation as to why funds were taken away and how I broke their rules. I have not received any response from them and have been waiting 7 days now since the account was reinstated. I am so trusted. Please avoid this casino at all costs and if there is a well connected kind person out there who can assist me i would love you until the end of time. *note i have email history of all communication with biamo thus far.
