I wager 20x my bet with the 3rd deposit bonus. So my money becomes cash i just play some pragmatic,No limit and play and go slots nothing weird. I try to withdraw takes 2 days for them to get a reply. In the picture below you see the mail i got after 2 days. Somewhere down below at the page you have to find the rules that havent been shown before you deposit or when you click on the bonus. 2nd picture is the rules you see when you click on the bonus. So you expect that they arent any weird rules. My withdraw gets cancelled after winning 20 eu to 100 eu after wagering it all. The rules i broke were apperantly you cant buy a bonus while wagering and cant play normal pragmatic slots like sweet bonanza etc. These terms werent at the bonus terms but somewhere down the page in a other Terms and services. When you click this, the casino system assumes that you've read them, went over them, and agreed to them. I know in reality we don't often read the things we agree to, but for casino related stuff it is super super mandatory that you do. All Gammix sites have a section called 'Bonus Terms and Conditions'. These are not hidden, they are on the bottom of the page next to the normal conditions. Pretty much *every* casino has specific terms for the use of bonus money. For the future it is strongly advised that you read through the bonus terms before assuming there are none at all. As long as you stick to the terms you agreed on, there will be zero issues. I do understand the frustrations with matters like these, but there isn't much I can do to mediate when a player breaks terms.
