NoLimit cannot find ongoing game..

Hello.

I just recently hit a decent win on a Danish casino site (RoyalCasino.dk). Problem is now, the site says the provider cannot see the ongoing game after there was some problems with their NoLimit slots when they released them on their site.

I got stuck in a server error, which of course happened on the round I got the bonus, but it wouldn't finish. After contacting NoLimit they "finished" the round, which paid out a whooping 3 euros-ish. What they failed to mention though, is that the round ended in a bonus, I felt that was coming as well- it was about time.

So I check back inside the game and the round is still on. I slowly get through the bonus, as it keeps disconnecting multiple times every spin. I do finally reach the end, and it (of course) turns out to be pretty decent win by the looks of it, but it won't let me finish the bonus.

 

16x on that should be decent win right? What do you think the X win is on the above?
