Hello all.

im writing this in order to ventilate some frustration and warn others about raptor casino.

Firstly I made some deposits and as usual lost.

One day I won a small amount and tested to withdraw the win. First of all the security process for different ID, bank statement of ownership , address , and so forth all seemed a bit of over the top. But also it felt safe if they take these kind of measures to ensure the money will be sent.

 

it took two days for the money to arrive and all was well. 
I deposit some more money and lost, deposit some more and won. I then made two withdrawals one on 5000 euro and one on 4000euro. 
after two days no money had showned up on my account. I contacted the support that assured me my money was safe and on its way. 
after 6 days I still haven’t received any money and now the customer service claims they have to contact there payment provider to see what has happened, aswell they demanded a PDF file of my bank transactions from the date of withdrawal to yesterday. So I had to contact my bank for that to happen, and that is 1-4 days waiting period until I receive that. 

it all seems very uncertain and extremely nerve wrecking. Customer service is only by email for some reason even if you press live chat. 

I have never encountered such a behavior from a casino , does it sound correct that support claiming one day money is on the way and 3 days later they have to investigate where the money is ? 
it all seems like a hoax to me.

Has anyone else had this problem with this casino or other casinos ?

Received answer from raptor casino

who contacted the payment provider, provider have had technical issues but will NOW look at your transaction. 
will update this thread 

 

EDIT:

last correspondence with support is that they have made payment trough another payment deliverer.

So now I’m just waiting and hoping.

 

Today support came out with a new story , I sent them a email asking them to cancel my transaction so I could use another withdrawal option with e - wallet instead, since I still haven’t received any money. The story they told me last time was that they had made payment of funds to a new provider who would send the money. When I asked for cancelation of withdrawal they now say they “chase” the payment provider and can’t cancel the withdrawal. 
For me that all sounds like they have no “new” payment provider.. It all seems like they keep making up excuses not to pay. 
For some reason they still “waiting for confirmation of payment of the “new” provider.

Please note that unfortunately we did not receive an update from our payment provider regarding this matter. We apologies for the inconvenience caused, and hope to hear from them as soon as possible.

Do you guys think it takes 2-3days to get hold of your payment provider ???

I have not previously encountered such situations, although I have been playing for a very long time. Unfortunately, there are now a lot of casinos that engage in deception so I advise you to be more serious about the casino where you play, for me now in the top biamo.bet there is a great payoff and support fast

I have the same problem I been waiting on 6900eur for 15 days now. I get the same response as you. Total 5 withdraws an no answers
