I won up to 120 euro and tried to withdraw but literally every withdraw option would give me "Unexpected error occured" when i try to use them. Contacted customer support multiple times before they notified me that my issue is "Transferred to the financial department for a manual withdrawal". It's been a whole week of them not contacting me, the issue still persists and i feel like they are just waiting for me to use the balance. They never told me what the actual issue is with my account besides "clear cache and cookies", I have no unfulfilled wagers, my account does not require verification, I have never used a deposit bonus since I made that account purely for the tournament win.
