I won't waste any time dramatising my recent experience with Amunra Online Casino, instead this will be a rather "matter-of-fact" account of what to expect should you decide to flick some stacks there way..

Within Amunra's generic site menu a typical page dedicated to promotional offers can be found.  Amongst these lucrative offers is a 25% cashback on losses encountered throughout the week on all deposits made. Promotion states will be payed out on the very next Monday, upon making a request via their live chat. I opted in on the 11th of November 2024 and deposited $1210 over 11 transactions between the 11th and 17th of November. I made no withdrawals that week and lost all of my deposited funds playing online slots.

Upon attempting to redeem the cashback today (Monday the 18th of November), I was met with a number of excuses that were more deflection than anything and held no relevance to my situation, followed by indifferent, passive hostility and was then subsequently ignored, on two seperate occasions. Furthermore, i requested to speak with a supervisor or upper management and was advised to send an email  to their support team, the same team that were already being contrarious towards me.

In conclusion, if there is any way for these greedy thief's to be held accountable, I would fully endorse such an endevour. I can hardly believe that I'm the only person to have had this experience. If no justice is to come of this then I will be posting my experience on every forum I can find, that has even the faintest relevance and I will continue to tirelessly boycot Amunra Casino and any of their affiliates, until they slither back off to whence they came.

Amunra Casino are morally and ethically compromised, they have no consideration or respect for their customers and they knowingly advertise false and misleading promotions. I can hardly believe they host fair games when they cannot even honour their own promotions. Shame on you!.
