Marhaba senoritas

Its my by birthday tomorrow and quite frankly I dont give a shit about this, other than the fact that the support staff triggered me with their tone in the emails exchanged.

Anyway long story shortened, I decided to relax and try a new betting site, Speedybet which is Casinoheroes sister site. Deposited about 100 eur for fun won around 700 eur within a few hours of gambling after that they closed my account. I decided to contact the support about it and recieved an email the next day saying,

Do you like gambling?
Do you feel like you have control over your gambling?
Are you annoyed when you gamble?
Do you play for more than you should?

etc etc

I never recieved an email about it before on other sites (Pinnacle, but since Pinnacle closes down the swedish market I decided to try other sites). I answered honestly and truthfully, saying I dont care if I win or lose cause I mostly sit around my computer all day playing online games (LoL, Runescape etc) - And that its my job and I make around 15-50k EUR a month depending on the month - Working for a billionaire from Jordan. I also mentioned that I dont know shit about sports and I just guess, I basically go to livebets and place random bets and that it calms me down while I wait for shit to happen ingame - As for my economy handling it, Ive lost about half a million in the last 3 years - and im still not homeless. Besides I only deposited 100 eur which most people can afford - Dont see the issue here.

However, My answers didnt sit very well with them and they sent me back my deposit and took the winnings. I recieved an email saying this is the final decision and they had the right to take the winnings from anyone not playing "responsibly". Well, obviously I would not recieve anything back if I lost else I'd be half a million richer at this point. I asked them in livechat how Im supposed to win "responsibly" and they replied they wouldnt answer any questions but would forward my concerns to the appropriate people. Regardless I decided to write to Zyvera since I saw you guys were affiliated with them and I watch the stream to calm down while I play.

I paid Zyvera 50 eur to contact your contact person at the site - and also confirmed who I was so he didnt think I was bullshitting. Whatever long story short. The guy couldnt do much and I also recieved an email saying -

We have the right to close any account and take their winnings if we think the person is addicted. Any other questions will not be answered and dont contact us again.

Its just the tone that triggers me. I dont give a slightest fuck about the money, I promised Zyvera half of it and the guy in the livechat half. I just dont see how they can decide im addicted when its my first time betting there and im betting lower stakes and my economy can handle it. I spent 3-8k eur/per night on hotel rooms and im still not homeless - Offered to show them my bank/crypto/e-wallet accounts but that didnt go very well either.

Nonetheless, Just wanted to warn people about it, my good deed for the year ending - And 100 eur for someone that can give me an answer that makes sense to this - I complete understands closing my account but they should honour my bets. Limits, account closures happen - but this has not ever happened before

edit: no bonus taken, i never take bonuses, besides theres no bonus offers on that site.

I’ve had this issue myself and I have come to the theory that as long as a casino is taking YOUR money you don’t have a problem. However once you start withdrawing money you are seen as THEIR problem so fob YOU off with the old, “we think you have a gambling problem” card. They have equity to protect and will stop at nothing to protect that. It really is appalling but they can justify it by stating they have your best interests at heart. Fuck them and move onto an alternative. Chin up mate

The only real answer is, that they give zero shits whether you are addicted or not. They care about making the most profit possible, and apparently that is one of their many ways of maximizing that.

So yea, I have discussed this issue with HoonBaboon for a while. He explained the situation to me - after mentioning he wrote an e-mail as well - and I have contacted our affiliate manager at Speedy/Heroes about the matter. Sadly our manager can due to privacy reasons not look into the manner the questions were answered, and made clear to me his account can not be re-opened due to their management decision.

Uhm :D I didn't ask for payment. Just to clarify. I am happy to help either way. But thank you kindly for donating €50 to the stream in my name. The way you write it here makes it seem rather shady haha, there is no personal fee to have me 'contact someone'. Let is be clear to everyone that needs help that I am there to help in either case, and everyone is completely free to not give me a single penny for it ;)

Regardless, I apologise that this case couldn't go in your favour, but it's probably a good thing that you made this thread, seeing there seem to be more players with similar issues on other brands. I believe it is up to the casinos discretion to enforce this clause at will, and perhaps they don't always make the right judgement. I do believe contacting MGA about this case would be the only option, as there is nothing in particular we can do to unlock your account.

for the beginning, very nice of you to offer a prize, but I dont want it.  something similar happened to me, but @ unibet. they  said to me that my session was to long (around 11 hours) and they think that i have an adiction. i deposited 50 euro and i tried 2 cash out 650 euro, but @ one point i was up 1.3k or something. in the end i told them that i want my deposit and thats it. they give my money back in the end. GL and happy holidays!

New Account,Small Deposit,High Bets , idk if you did high bets but those are signs of Gambling Problems, so that is why they might have "detected" that and close the account.

Also, Happy Birthday ❤️

TIL, I never knew that playing for so long playing low stakes can be an excuse to take winnings.

If you didn't do anything wrong, submit a complaint on ask gamblers etc and never touch the casino again IMO. It sucks but at least you didn't lose out on more, I've seen way harsher cases. I'll avoid that casino myself, thank you.

Maybe they are in the process to lose or gaining a gambling license(in sweden etc) if they don´t try to battle gambling addiction on the site. However i highly dout they really care if you have a gambling problem or not they only enjoy makeing money so i quess it´s something like this in the works.

lower stakes for him can be high stakes for someone else... So for example if he deposited 100 and the bet size was 5 or over that, those are high stakes compared to the deposit.

Just to clarify, theres no bonus offers on the site at all. Besides I never take bonuses cause I cant be bothered reading through the terms and I end up losing the money 9/10 anyway.

You should have answered yes,no,yes, yes they want players that will lose money on their site not players that will use their first deposit bonus win and never come back to the site.

Sarcasm aside, If that happened to me I would never played again on casinoheroes or their affiliated sites and maybe set a deposit limit for new sites so they don't play the addict card again

That's scamaz. That is why im always worried when im about to cashout, if the casino pulls up a triumph card on me or not.

I think you should not give up this case, i would suggest askgamblers, or even MGA as Zyvera mentioned.

As for me, i will not play on this brand as i love to do long session Bonanza grind.

I think alot of gabling sites start to ban users almost random. the legislation has tightened and probably they have now targets of blocked/banned users that they have to meet every month. i use to play poker/gamble/slots @ pokerstars. 2 months ago they limited my max bet. i was thinkin i wont be affected 2 much caz in nov and december i dont gable much. now i think all those stupid thinks are connected with the new legislation

There is kinda nothing that you can do really ... As casino sites can do what ever they want and to who they want , they could even refuse to pay casinodaddy if they wanted to , but it's not good for them as then everyone will know that site is a scam .. Casino sites online are like a new country , they dictate there own rules and and make new ones just to make sure they will be able to scam someone and not pay out money as it's all about money , compared to IRL casinos that need to obey to the rules of the country that they are operating and probably will never scam you just because they can get into trouble by doing that ... That's why most of the casinos are operating at Malta i think , as there rules for online casinos are friendly and the government are trying to apply to the online casino sites rules , just to be sure that they are paying taxes for them and willing new casinos be based at Malta !

So overall you are just a user and got unlucky by that you got scamed and they didn't want to pay you out , all you can do is stop playing there and not play on casinoheroes as well , and stick to the casino sites where you have not had any problems , as for sure they will not really want you to leave if you are a regular player in there as in the long run any player is loosing money not winning !

Happy birthday bro and i hope in future there won't be problems like this !

I know for a fact that the casinos is Try harding ALOT nowadays to "urge responsible gambling" Especially after what happened with Betsson and some other casinos (You can read about this on google). But in this point if its your first deposit and you havent  played on their other site. I Dont think they can decide your a addict with just a few questions. I mean you should be able to answer how you like on thoose questions. I would say their acting out of their view only on those answers you gave them.

Thanks for sharing and I wish you a great christmas!-+
