I guess nobody knows :D I think I've read somewhere it's Wednesday unless it's public holiday (which it isnt AFAIK).

They are working on payments today guys, dont worry, everyone will get paid. And remember this is all new for all the guys who works with this so have patience ;)

 

And i would really like to thank everyone whos involved in this for doing such a great work for us. I really appreciate it, much ❤️ yall

That's great to hear! I dont mind being patient it's just replies and FAQ are pretty vague. Like it's Wednesday or Thursday, it makes no sense, they'd be better of by saying "payments are done once a week every Wednesday at 3PM CET". That way we know for sure. At the end of the day sending funds to Neteller/Skrill is instant so I genuinely doubt it takes too long to complete it imho. Regardless great website for the community!

I'm not blaming anyone. I just had problems last week with the payment, that's why I ask about it.

remember also that Dan is all by himself doing this atm so.... And i just got my winnings so its on its way guys ;)

Hopefully I'll get mine today as well. Kudos to him for trying to handle this alone, he should get some help since there is a lot to handle and to prevent delays as well.

i got my money just a little while ago, also there is a problem with msn.com emails, i recommend messaging support, so they can change it to something else(gmail preferred), they just wont come thru. but the support was helpful and they changed the email from there straight in the system, as the info has cooldown even after sign-up :)

they also credited wins from start of this week, just remember to validate and if you won and didnt receive any emails from the automated winner system, message support :)

Does anybody know how long it takes to process the account verification?, will they send an answer email about it or not?

If somebody win prizes every time get an email about the winnings or not? Becasue I won a prize, but did not received any emails about it and almost a week past.

if you would have read what others pointed to and what i said earlier in this topic, you would have all the answers, if you were not verified on last week when the payout round was done, u will get then next week, wed-thu. if you dont receive emails, there were some problems with msn.com adresses atleast, but that would point to problems with outlook type accounts.

There is no answer in this topic about the document proccess time and notification.

I use gmail  and I contacted them several times , they answered within hours or a few days. , but now there is no answer from them yet that's why I'm asking here.

I know the faq and T&C

Atleast you got an answer, a week passed by and I haven't received a decent response to my question regarding the payouts. No response on emails, no response here on the forum. Only after I asked @Zyvera for help and he guided me to the Discord and contact @Dan_Pragmatic there directly, the only response I received directly was on Thursday: "see this response as I've seen your message". Silence after that.

Hey guys! A lot of new messages here since I last checked.

When it comes to the errors in crediting points; 
I saw someone here rightfully mentioned cookies. It is indeed advised to not have adblock of any kind activated while playing, and make sure to allow all cookies. However, since not everyone is a tech pro at these things I had a chat with Dan about this yesterday, and he has mentioned to me that point crediting errors are now fixed as they have found the cause of this. I hope the issues around that are sorted now.

When it comes to payments;
Can't tell you any more than I know myself, which is that payments are done weekly on wednesday or thursday. Do keep in mind this is a relatively new platform, and perhaps everything isn't as smooth as it should be yet. On top of that Dan is currently suffering from high fever so it's likely he won't respond to your queries for a few days. He is indeed mostly alone on this and is doing all he can to keep this going smoothly. 

Btw, the point system works very simple; a 100x win will give you 10.000 points. 1x is 100 points.

Hello.

I got 3rd place on wolf gold tournament on 15th june. In rules there is mentioned that you will contact via email in 48 hours. And if there is no reply within 7 days, the winning will be lost. Well I haven't got any email.... And all my details are right, that I have checked.

Will there be any mail coming or should I just wait for money to appear on my skrill account?

This is straight from the FAQ on social tournaments, if its anything u wondering about, check FAQ, u get alot of answers there ;)

  • I won but I never received any emails informing me how to proceed! What do I do?

Before anything else, make sure you check the spam/unwanted folder on your email platform. From our experience, this solves 90% of all missing email issues.

If you still cannot find it, you can contact us at support[at]socialtournaments.com.
