I have played here multiple times now and did serveral withdrawals. I like the casino and the leveling in the casino, but what i find very frustrating is that every time i do a withdrawal it takes one full week for them to accept it. At first i thought it was because i still had to upload my documents. So i did this one week ago. And now again i still have not received any update on my documents. So i went to the livechat again, and they again tell me they strive to proceed as fast as possible and that i have to be patient. Normally at a casino it takes between 24 - 72 hours to accept a withdrawal / verify documents. I hope casinodaddy can mean somthing for us to let them process things a bit faster since this is pretty annoying, i never recieve any update on email about my withdrawals aswell. So i hope this casino can become a bit faster and update my on things trough email aswell, since i now have to find out anything about it by myself trough my account info or by livechat.
