Only this time when i closed the game and re opened it my progress was cleared and all of my heart stopper hearts were gone. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mt6DUoMJ_H0 Got a generic reply from support who claims they contacted the provider and told them to tell me to clear my cookies and cache. It did absolutely nothing at all and no further support was provided. Im pretty shook up about this and it looks as if the casino or BTG does not care one bit. Any similar cases and did you get it resolved? How? Cause support now refuses to help in any way. tks.
