Hi,

 

I recently started playing on Yonibet, the support has been kind and the responsiveness has been excellent.

However, now that I want to withdraw my winnings they are taking forever to process it. I've waited over 48 hours (they state that it takes them 24-48) and when i am contacting their livesupport they are just telling me that they have problem, nothing else, no eta or anything.

I have verified my documents (checked with them twice to make sure that they are in order).

I have not played with a bonus either.

 

Has anyone else had any problems with them?

I once had a similar issue with EagleBet and they were very kind explaining it was due to the banking option I was using. Also had the same problem with BetZest and they were pretty small at the time. I think your best option is to take it easy as they might have a small Customer care team or may be your docs might lead to an inconclusive decision. 

However, don't stop asking for your money obv.

However, they are not giving me any information at all. The are just saying that they can't tell me anything.

I have waited 72 hours now and they are still ignoring me.

As i stated in the post, my documents are fine as i checked with them twice.

They have not mentiod anything about the payment method either.

 

I am really starting to think that they are scamming me.

As i got the link from the bro's i sure hope that noone else gets scammed.

Im also waiting for my money but it seams that for me living in Sweden it take some time.. And they are trying to help me out,, and i called the bank and they say there is no money comming for my bankaccount. But some one told me it could take 5-10 days becase it is a banktransaktion., So i try to talk to the online chatt and they are trying to help me.

Sometimes i whould be happy to write and talk better English haha...

Yonibet refused to accept my driver's license as it isn't a "valid ID". First time my driver's license has ever been declined by a casino. Closed my account instantly, would NOT recommend playing there.

But that is they way you took your photos .. my photos was in the beggining to large for them to open.. So mabe you need to save the photo of your licence in a different RESOLUTION..

I took 2 different sets of photos, first I used a file compressor to compress them to less than 512Kb, then they said they were blurry. After that, I emailed them as per their request a full-size, clear images of both the front and back of my driver's license, after which they said they can't accept them and asked for either a passport or ID card, which I do not possess.

That is sad.. They are investigating were my withdraw have disappeared   :P

So hope they find the money soon :)..
