I deposited with the bonus from roshtein which gives you 150% bonus: I deposited 50 euros and got 125 to play with. I got a massive win on honey rush and after that just tried to keep the money as steady as possible at around 1000. I ended up with 800 euros and tried to withdraw it. Sadly the casino mailed me stating it is strictly prohibited to play moon princess, rise of olympus and jammin jars. Strange, because those games are very popular and usually not banned on any other casino to play with on bonus money. What happened now was that my withdrawal of 800 got rejected. They stated the bonus terms and only left my 50 euro deposit on my account. I contacted livechat and there wasn't any help there so I'm trying to at least let it be noticed on here. I do realize I didn't read the bonus terms all too carefully, but the games which you cant play are way down and its a big list of games which most of them are very popular. It just seems like a trick to make people lose their money if they're playing with a bonus.

When you go into a game, just have a tab open and do ctrl+f to search for the game  you are about to play. Just learn from the misstake, we have all been there  No scam about it.

and I have to add, they got almost every provider. For me I did not have to verify and got the money really soon on my account. I also got sometimes 200% Bonus Offers via E-Mail.  These Bonusterms are also quiet common, not like RoyalPanda / Genesis Bonusterms.

I am having a withdrawal issue with this casino. I signed up through the link on this site, and managed to make a small withdrawal on 23/2 which is still pending, it's been like 100+ hrs now. Live support and email support just gives me automated "security team is checking..." bot-answers. I have not been asked to send any documents for verification. 

It's not a great amount, but I definitely want my money. I have not broken any bonus terms nor played any bonus banned games. What can I do?

How is it looking with this case now? I have indeed had several players complaining their money got confiscated for playing banned games. However, as hampegivetvis stated, just read the terms and don't play said games. I don't think it's super difficult. I don't mean any disrespect, but in my 6 years as an online gambler I've registered on about 60 different casinos, and I've never broken a term, nor had issues getting my withdraws when I deserved them. 
The key is to read the terms, and not break them.

Zyvera, my withdrawal was paid after 14 days, immediately after I filed a complaint on askgamblers. I never broke any terms or played banned slots, I have quite a long experience from online casinos myself,too.

Good to hear that your withdrawal was processed. I agree though that IS a bit of a long time to take for a cashout. Locowin is notified about this thread.
