Hi guys.

I need to have your opinion here, I feel a little scammed
So I did deposit € 50 and got a 150% bonus - I completed the wager
I have € 2500 after completing the wager ( €5000 wager )
But they are rejecting the withdraw - they say max 10x deposit - so I will only be able to widtdraw  € 500

But in their bonus terms it says "2.12. Bonus money offered in standard and reload, in whose terms it is not stated otherwise, is not cashable. After 40x deposit + bonus wagering is completed, you will be able to withdraw only the real winnings and the money from your real-money balance, while bonus amount will void.The maximum cashable cap with every bonus claimed is 5000 EUR (or the equivalent in any other currency) for deposit made over 50 EUR (or the equivalent in any other currency ). Any deposit match bonus promotions triggered with deposits below 50 EUR (or the equivalent in any other currency) will be subject to a max cap win of x 10 the amount of the original deposit. "

what i read is that if you deposit 50 or more you can withdraw € 5000 and less than 50 is 10x deposit

I will say that I can cashout € 5000 but they reject it - So am i wrong?

Yes, sorry to say. But they state it in their bonus terms.

Dont get me wrong here but it says BELOW 50 and OVER 50 - right?

so the question is - what is 50 🤷‍♂️

Let put it this way

Under = 0

Over = 100

Simple math 50 ( cuz this is where we are, right? ) is exactly halfway to 100. To get around this problem we have a convention that says we round 50 to 100 (so when it is exactly halfway we say that it is closer to the bigger of the two numbers). I´ve even learn this in school

I dont say this is the right way to put it, but prove me wrong 😂

No it says over 50 and not about 50.

it’s the Same discussion, when you talk about discount at a Order of x quantity.
i know it’s kinda hard , but I’m not sure but I think I deposited at loco or wills casino where the same terms applied 51 Euro with a max cap of 1500.

I know it’s hard and I Would  wish for you to get this big win.
But maybe you will now read the terms before you play on „smaller“ casinos. Or maybe try to read reviews on forums (aboutslots, askgambler,gamblejoe before).

there are many other great ones beside the big names, like Duxcasino,20bet , where you don’t have These headaches about your winnings, besides the not allowed slots.

best for you mate
