currently im pissed off that how even this casino was listed here makes me think alot of different things.

i found an email from casinowin support;

24-48 hours means that at that time your funds will go under the process and they will be removed from your casino balance. Checking financial, account and game history is a standard procedure for all withdrawals. The withdrawal procedure length depends on many factors like the withdrawal amount, payment method, the number of requests our finance department faces on a daily basis and it could also depend on a bank. As soon as it becomes processed, you will be informed.

The withdrawal process takes 7-10 business days, and in some cases, it can take up to 21 business days.

Yeah I feel the same mate. And if everything goes to shit, I just need to only use askgamblers from now on. 

 

Otherwise, as I said I am brandmanager at a casino, so if you want to play where you have fellow nice guys gamblers in charge. You just let me know

its a huge red flag for me if a casino have a withdrawal process that takes 7-10 business days, its 2021 dont say they cant do a withdrawal in minuts,hours or at the very least under a day.

thats the problem when i made a account i looked withdraw options and saw bank transfer 24-48h great . but the reality was diffrent u can see it in my previous post where the email support says 7-10days some cases 21

As Daniel stated in the terms and conditions, it's stated up to 48 hours. 

 

Then when you try to withdraw you are not even given the possibility to transfer it back the same method you deposited with. And when you finish your withdrawal you'll get an email stating between 7-21 business days. 

 

Which is, like. What?? As I said I work as BM on a casino and never do we ever use more than 48 hours. Often we approve it all day long within.. idk an average of 3-5 hours. 21 business days is just sick. 

 

But what is more sick? That they won't approve it even after that long wait. 😂 Still havnt heard from Casinodaddy sadly. Hopefully they will respond....... soon 😣

First og all, i am sorry you guys have not got your wins yet. I have also been through problems with withdrawal on smaller casinoes, so now i only use big brand casinoes. It took one casino almost 6 weeks to complete the withdrawal. Not only once but both times i used them. 

Its not a good idea to take up the subject on a live stream, they are working and dont have time to do this during the stream. Send them an email or wisper one of the main mods. But its not like they can help that much, they can try but they dont run the casino.

In most cases when there is a problem its the player who made a mistake for breaching tos, but not saying its the case here. 

Try to send casinodaddy an email and if they cant help, then make a complaint on askgamblers about the casino.

Ok, I was not sure if both of you making the complaint have got an answer or only one of you.

If Casinodaddy cant help then make a complaint of the casino on askgamblers.

Casinostreamers make money being affiliate of casinoes, and to get more revenue they got to promote new casinoes. I guess there is a lot of casinoes that promote them self to be good in the start and it takes time to know if they are good or bad.

Beeing an affiliate does not make them responsible for you and your problem, but Casinodaddy is to my knowledge more helpful than most of the others streamers.

I am sure they will try to help you.

PS. If you dont have time or money to wait for withdrawals, dont gamble at all.

Askgamblers take complaints for any casino, old or new. Only requirement is to be a member, and that is free. In my experience it can take som time to get an answer from the casino. But usually if you have done nothing wrong, they will process the withdrawal fast after askgamblers reach out to them. Unless they are close to bankrupt and dont have money.

Please keep me informed, only been 10 days for me 7 working so not quite as long as others. The withdrawal is pending so not like you can request another withdrawal if you win, which stops you depositing so it hurts them in the long run. I would have happily deposited again and they more than likely would have received the withdrawal back. Go figure 🤔

Yes, theres something scammy about not being bale to do more withdrawals? So if you cashout once, you could end up with 42+ days for two cashout, that cant be legal.

 

But when Zyvera had contact with them, they accepted my cashouts instantly, so lets hope they have some communication again :)

 

Lets hope @Zyvera awnser this thread tommorow with good news. :)
