Been waiting 2 months now for my withdrawal from casinowin and still nothing

Hi I'm still waiting for my withdrawal  its been 2 months now and keep getting told to be patient ,and just seems one excuse after the other. Would appreciate some help if anyone knows what I can do to get it. My account fully verified. Was told I had to wait 7 to 21 days at first but seen as its 2 months now they are saying it won't be long and to be patient.
