Hello everyone,

For those, who dont understand german, this is what happened.

 

I received a Bonus from this casino of 30€, which I had to wager 50x and which I did. So after I wagered it fully, my balance was automatically corrected to 150€, which is the max Cashout of 5x of the given bonus money. I played for a few spins and I decided to cash out 140€. 

After waiting an unusual long period of time, I received an E-Mail that the withdrawal was completed. I checked my bank account, but there was no transaction. But I still decided to wait a few days.

After a few days I contacted the live chat of the Casino. The first guy i talked to admitted there was an error in the withdrawal and I should just withdraw it again. When I tried to withdraw it, it now said, that I have to wager the amount at least 1x to withdraw the money. As if I just deposited the money on that account. Which I didnt. It was a transaction error on their behalf.

The second person I talked to in the livechat now acts like I actually deposited the 140€ and tells me Non Stop to wager it 1x, so I can withdraw it. It was a horrible interaction I had with her. She just kept repeating herself, as if shes a bot or smth. And the cherry on top, she ended the Chat, after she even told me to stay in Chat, because this issue was forwarded to the right department.
