On friday i created a new account on PlayJango - i won a good amount of money through their welcomebonus. I played the bonus through and decided it was time to make a cashout. I got no problem regarding the bonus - but for some reason they keep asking for some documents. They ask for my newest paycheck and when i upload that they just reject it over and over again.
They dont tell me what the problem is and when i write to their support i get the "standard" response mail and live support is not working.
Can anyone by any chance help me out here?

It seems they are just trying to stall and i read a few reviews on trustpilot regarding this site - and they are NOT good.
