During my last withdraw request that i made 25 december they asked for kyc documents. The first documents i submitted was wrong from my side, so it got declined and my account got banned. Now i have sent them all The correct documents 7 days ago and I have not heard a Word and live support cant help me. I have to e-mail them but never gets an answer.
