Locowin delayed withdrawal 1400EUR

My withdrawal was processed 2022-01-08 03:51 after a lot of asking for KYC documents. No bonuses was active during the winnings
They have been given all the information they need. And it is now 18 days and i have still not recived my money.
Tomorrow it is 1 week after they said they were gonna start an investigation and give me info on mail.
I have not recieved any email, and customer support is slow and they dont answer the things you want to be answered.

I am just so angry and want to bring this to attention! it says up to 7 days and you should have your money on their page.
This to me is very unethical practice and i have seen numerous of complaints like this from other people! There has never been problems before doing withdrawals but as soon i won something big they are taking their time!
