Hello Fam.

on march 23rd i got offered a 200% wagerfree bonus from viggoslots.com, which i used and deposited 100 € on 2023-03-20 18:23:05.

i am playing on there for years now and would´ve called them a legit and respected casino, till 2023-03-24 13:29, that was the moment i recieved an email telling me :

"Unfortunately we have to inform you that your withdrawal request has been declined.

There has been a breach of our T&C in either playing with a bonus, or playing with funds gained from a bonus"

"Livechat told me i played "Moon Princess Trinity" a game listed as forbidden while on a bonus, at 20:48, which i did! but i made a screenshot to not get tricked at 20:56, because i had some kind of feeling, luckily and not. both at a time   which u can see down below

as i was playing i had a second tab opened to "CTRL+F" checking the list of forbidden games while on bonus, just to be safe (out of painfull experience"

Since the game was released 1 week before, and not listed i played it of course  

after -Moon Princess 100- on the list the next game is -Mystery Joker 6000-  (The meta data of the picture shows it was made on Tuesday, ‎March 21st, ‏‎20:57:12)

then after i contacted the live support, and chated with them, they had the audacity and called me a liar and said.

"Moon Princess Trinity" is on that list! i kinda laughed and pointed out, and uploaded the screenshot to prove them lying not me "it is not"

they must´ve added it to the list after i played it, and also after i requested my withdrawal.

they replied "it has not been recently added to that list".... hmm.... strange... released on March 16th... not on the list on March 21st   ????

So anything between my withdrawal request on 2023-03-22 21:49:38 and the cancellation of it on 2023-03-24 13:29, which are 2 days prior to the argument stated above is not recently... ?! 

I wonder how many players the betrayed beside me!

Ofc after i got the email informing me about the cancelled cashout the list look´s like this   (Look between -Moon Princess 100- & -Mystery Joker 6000-)

In all the years of Gambling i never experienced something like this 

The failure obviously was made by the Admin in charge, yet still they refuse to pay me.

Can´t recommend them anymore.

undisputedly their mistake, period. they even tried the translation thingy  

Just bad for them that the slotname is the same no matter what language.

with this conscious, willful foul play they at least ruined their whole reputation.

little update:

The casino did not move a finger by now... that´s why: 

"Stay away from that casino fam" 

Report to the issuer of their license, with all the evidence is out.

Eventually gona sue them and get all the money i deposited back
