Metaspins

Hello everyone,

I have a bit of a dispute with Metaspins, they are not willing to let me see my own playing history.
 

Yesterday I won some money on Retro tapes bonus buys. When i wanted to withdraw Some LTC the withdraw button didnt work so I refreshed the page to try again. It now looks like a withdraw 1.8LTC and 1LTC but only the last one is showing in my transactions and also received this one. 
 

because im not 100% sure I wanted to see my playing history so I can calculate my winnings etc. Unfortunately they are not willing to send me my own playing history and only responding with we looked into it and cant find anything wrong.

Dont I have Some right at these crypto casinos? I mean they should be Able to provide me my own playing history, right?

 

anyone else have bad experience with there support and unwillingless to help?
