Yesterday played on one of the sites listed on Aboutslots.com bonuses.

I will not mention the name of casino yet as I am waiting from their response.

 

So I jumped into Gonzo's Quest Touch, and set a stake of 0.80 gbp, it hit a bonus on the first round, but the bonus paid 0, which was unusual for Gonzo.

I carried on playing and made a total of 168 spins, which not a single spin paid a penny. Every single spin of them was a deadspin, except the one where game crashed, I reloaded and it hit a bonus again on first spin after reload, now on 0.20 bet, but it also paid 0. The fact that game was trying to give a bonus on 1st spin after a refresh 2 both times, means it wants to pay, but it cannot, as there is some issue with it. 

I spoke with a live-chat operator, and all he could say - "Game works fine, you was just not lucky." 168 times in a row, on gonzos quest lol.

I have emailed the customer support, and I also have a video of the gameplay, as I started filming when I realised something is not right here.

It's a shame I was doing some spins on 1, 2, and even 4 pound bet, just to see if it is bet related, and I run out of balance at 168 spins, should had just spinning it on 0.20 whole 100 pound balance I had, that would be whole 500 deadspins, because I think they still can shift this onto BAD LUCK.

 

Any ideas or suggestions, what I should or could do?

I've requested them to ask NETENT to review the session, but this seems like a small and dodgy site, as same incompetent live-chat operator was answering my email ticket. He was rather rude, and that made me even more angry.
