Do not play on Smokace or any Altacore N.V site

I have been playing on both Smokace and Snatch casino.

Both owned by Altacore N.V.

 

They systematically put you on a withdrawal schedule when you are trying to cashout.

Spanning over several weeks if you win big.

 

It first happened on Snatch casino, it would take 2 weeks for me to cashout my 3k euro i won.

But after about 1k euro was on my bank account, i canceled the withdrawal and lost it all.

(That part is my fault, but the reason they put you on a long withdrawal schedule is because they know players does this)

 

After that incident i closed my i account there and have never played there since.

 

 

Now a long time after that, i started an account on Smokace. And managed to get a decent win.

Wanted to cashout 2k, but it got canceled because they wanted me to devide them up by 4x 500 euro withdrawals.

 

This time i wanted to be smart, limit my account during the withdrawal schedule.

I sent an email to their support and got this answer:

"Unfortunately, you cannot close or block your account while you have an active withdrawal request. Please be patient and wait for your payments."

 

So once again i get put on a withdrawal schedule, and they dont even offer player protection during this period.

Once again to make players cancel their pending withdrawal requests.

 

This is not good practice and im hoping people stop playing on sites from Altacore N.V.

great mate! same suggestiong been posted from me few weeks ago. altacore n.v. is pure thieves, one of the most disgusting experience, i also posted some stats in casino blacklists, from 140+ deposits i have been able to finish wager 2 times, yeah, two, TWO times from 141 deposits, and from what i remember the last deposits, it was like 6-12% of wager done, then balance gone. altacore n.v. is the most disgusting company and i hope everyone there will get jailed and enjoy hardcore times in shower, thats what those scumbags deserve!
