First of all, thanks for being part of the Casinofam.

And in second, i want to introduce myself a bit.

 

I'm a 34 years old guy, living in Hungary with my beautiful wife and my little son, was started playing slots on 2005,

my first deposit was $20 in PartyCasino and also got a huge win on Golden Oasis and made my first withdrawal of $800, those were the times...

In 2015 i have deposited $100 in EnergyCasino and ran away with $1700.

In this year i have won €1600 in CasinoWilds from a €20 deposit.

 

And now coming my story...

I have registered in DasIstCasino from the very beginning (Nov, 2016) and deposited €25, got a bonus, but lost the money, no problem will try another day.

This month (14th of September, 2017) deposited again €20 and managed to won over €350, then wanted to do a bonus hunt because still had some wagering,

so i have did it and banked 5 bonuses and played them as follows:

Scruffy Duck €1 bet won €61.52

Piggy Riches €0.75 bet won €34.25

Jack and the Beanstalk €0.80 bet won €234.28

Steam Tower €0.75 bet won €19.50

...And here comes the fifth:

Dead Or Alive €0.90 bet won €1988.00

 

 

(Yes, you can play all these games with bonus money, they doesn't in the restricted list!)

 

I have hunted a lot but never got the extra 5 free spins on this game in my life, but i got a wildline too in the first time!

Finally i had over €2500 and managed to finish the wager and started a withdrawal of the €2500. It would have been my biggest withdrawal in my life...

 

 

But suddenly the nightmare came when i got an e-mail from DasIstCasino support.

They have told me that i broke their rules because Hungarian people cannot play because its in their T&C.

 

 

I have searched and found out, they have modified their T&C's after my registration because when i registered on that site it wasn't there but i have did not got any information email about it, except the hundreds of bonus deals calling me to deposit and play!

 

 

Anyway, you have to fill in all your details because the system won't allow you to deposit, so it was in my profile that i'm Hungarian and they have accepted my deposit, also gave me bonus money to play with.

 

 

So in general, they are happily accept anyone's deposit, and give bonuses to everyone, and everything is all right until you manage to win and trying to make a withdrawal, then they slap you in the face.

When i registered there, there wasn't in the T&C that Hungarian people cannot make any real money bets in that casino, now they have. They also have that Mastercard deposits are accepted from Hungary (and of course some other countries there).

 

 

Then i have went to AskGamblers, and started a complaint about this mess, told them everything, i was polite (was very hard) but they rejected my complaint.

 

 

Arrrgh.... so this is my great fail story, and it really hurts... it could have been my biggest withdraw also with a DoA wildline hit...

 

Be aware if you want to try a new casino, because you will never be careful enough...they rouge changing T&C's when they want...

 

PS.: I had a lot of plans with this money, wanted to buy some streaming equipment to rise up my streaming activity and do it weekly/daily not just monthly... dreams...
