They have a 48 hour pending system. What I already dont like, because they holding your winnings, never let a customer wait is my opinion. I am 7 days later, and it is still pending, my documents were send on the same day I won. Still nothing, Live chat respons everytime with a different excuses. 1. Many winnings, so we are delayed. 2.
