To all do not play on genesis casinos they are witholding payments and blocking people telling them they self excluded. No chance of any communication something fishy defo doing on with this set of casinos

You blocked my accounts and then claimed that I self excluded myself after making a withdrawal I received the funds and then you lie and claim I self excluded myself which I didn't shocking communication from your casinos

Im still blocked on all these casinos no reason whatsoever still. I have never self excluded myself for 6 years after I had a win it's ridiculous.
