    Yes, theres something scammy about not being bale to do more withdrawals? So if you cashout once, you could end up with 42+ days for two cashout, that cant be legal. But when Zyvera had contact with them, they accepted my cashouts instantly, so lets hope they have some communication again Lets hope @Zyvera awnser this thread tommorow with good news.

    CasinoWin was taken down from aboutslots a little over a week ago, and won't be back unless they resolve the issues. I think we have one other brand that uses the same operating platform (MrSloty) , however that does not instantly mean they are connected. I have also not had complaints on that brand, so that part is not relevant. says zyvera om discord

    So.. The first i aksed for cashout the 8th and then it wasnt processed before 12th next month, and that was only because zyvera got it manually approved for me. Then i asked if i should be worried about the casino and other cashout, and he told me no.

    No no Daniels, @Zyvera talked to them on my 2 first cashout and got them to manually approve them, he took the site down because of the long waiting time, so i think hes doing something - Masse just told me he will ping him, and hope for an awnser in the next week, so just be patient, im sure they will do something about it 🙂

    Yes, i dont know why they do it this way - they told me on email that most of their cashous is handled in 48 hours, i dont believe them.. i think theyre lying, and minimum cashout is 200 euro?????

    The problem is, when the 21 days has gone by, they just tell you ''some times we need more time'' and that should be illegal to say such bullshit, its take under 1 hour to check history.. but if @Zyvera gets a hold of them again, im sure this will speed up the process for our cashouts - they did i manualy after zyvera spoke to them.

    And you can only have 1 withdrawal at a time, so in reality i have to wait 2 months for 2 payouts, that doesnt suit any....
