I Read the terms and kept it open at all times while playing on their welcome bonus. Won to 2k € and finished wager. I had to contact support multiple times, because the verification process was not working on their website. So it took 3 weeks to verify the account through various mails. They also lied that account is being verified, when my profile was verified and i told them the profile is verified, after that they send me another verification. Then i get verified and notified that i have broken the terms and played a game that was not allowed. That did not happen. I kept open the terms and double searched each game i entered. They changed the terms afterwards and scammed me from my winnings.
