Got reply from Pokerstars. They told me that provider said my winnings are 17$, which were true, but they simply ignored my jackpot. So 17 was from freespins, but jackpot is not credited

Hi, About 2 weeks ago i was playing slot Bao Tree Heavenly Gold. I triggered free spins. I was playing 0.40$ stake, and in freespins on last spin i triggered jackpot. I was picking jackpot and had 2 main jackpot and 2 second best jackpot, then on maybe last pick, game crashed and i couldn't play it for few days. Then they resolved game so i could open it, but my winning was not credited nor was game restored. Pokerstars support says they escalated to provider but it was over 1 week and i think this should be already resolved. Did anyone had similar problem and what should i do?
