I just deposited 30e to my account on betzest. They arrived but was in my sport real saldo. When i tried to transfer the money to the casino saldo, it got refused saying i was suspended, Then i opened a slot and it shut down saying i was selfexluded. I dont remember selfexluding, but it is very likely, since ive done so on many casinioes. So, when i talk to support, they ask me to email, the finance department. I do and they say they cant send the money back to me cause it has to be wagered, but i deposited without bonus. They even say i have to wager it on sports since im selfexluded.
