it is your VPN, yes. I have the same issue, and indeed 'only' with our stream. No idea why, and it is not something we did, or changed. It's twitch. It does however work to switch on the stream without a VPN, and THEN simply switch on your VPN. This will not cause the stream to give you the error.

However - a few important notes here to check. - Have you followed the instructions in the thread on what to do when you won? Such as linking twitch/discord to your gamdom account? - Have you contacted Qajjan? - Please also take into account we've had holidays and there were some delays.
