Slotpot - 3 weeks withdrawal

Heya,

 

Ive been waiting for my withdrawal for 3 weeks. When i deposited i did not use any bonuses, i deposited and played it up to 2000 eur, withdrawed it as btc but it got canceled due to KYC. The KYC took 1 week to be accepted, after that i made a new withdrawal, it got canceled after some days, the reason was that i had to withdrawal with SEPA (I understand that too..) so no problems. After that i made a withdrawal with SEPA and this is 8 days ago, soon 9 days. They do not reply with anything, the support chat takes around 2-3 days to reply with the standard answer:

 

"The finance team will take care of it.."

 

And i just wonder, 8 days to accept a withdrawal, for me its insane and i have never seen a delay like this before. Someone else that had the same problem with Slotpot?

Yeah they do, i registered from absoutslots. Ive sent messages in the support chat here but havent got any reply for days, guess they have alot to do but its wrong to marketing a casino like this.

Weird i had the complete opposite experience.. but with payouts like 50euro per time.. paid out 24 hours later..

EDIT:
Ok, just had my bad experience. i cashed out 50 bucks. but was still pending. made a new deposit with a bonus.. 

My 50 bucks got canceled because of a bonus i got with a new deposit after i had withdrawn the 50 bucks.. deleted my account. and my review.

Yeah you see, slotpot is one of the worst sites ive ever played on. My withdrawal is still pending after the 9 days since i made this forum post. No updates, no emails, nothing. The casino should be blacklisted permanent.
