During the last days I used the affiliate-link of CasinoDaddy to play in the online casino "Viggoslots" I deposited 100€ and received another 100€ as bonus money. After having lost my original raw 100€ cash I started playing with the bonus and won up to 700€, which I wanted to withdraw yesterday. Unfortunately due to the Terms&Conditions I play a slot that I should not have played - BUT usually when you are in the bonus money the casino itself tells you whilst opening the slot that you are not allowed to play it with bonus money, in this case IT DID NOT. I did not even win anything in that slot machine and continued playing other slots, that were completely allowed to be played. I mean who would ever check the non-permitted games at the Terms&Conditions beforehand?? The casino is supposed to exclude them by an automatic message themselves, arent they? Now Viggoslots declined my withdrawal request and set my account to my original 100€ and does not want to pay out my winnings (600€). Do you have any idea what to do or can advise / help me ? This is completely the casinos shit, and they know it. They allow you to play restricted games with bonus money only because they want to deny your cashout.
