so yesterday i played on the offer you guys had of sugarcasino (100% bonus & 50 FS)

 

i did a small deposit of 25 euro since i first only wanted to do terminator 2, was in the mood for that one. 

while playing terminator 2 i printed a lot on the cold modes, i went from 50 euro to 350 euro with 0,3 & 0,6 bets. after i went down to 275 euro i started some BoD and some pragmatics. i probably did my last 150 euro wager there out of 900 euro. i went down to 200 euro and with peking & davinci back up to 320, when my final game was hotline. i requested the cashout and did some gaming.

 

this morning i got an email wich told me my withdraw was denied, apparently playNgo games and some pragmatics were forbidden. its my fault that i did not read the terms, but since i use a lot of your bonuses i thought it would be totaly legit like the others. the email told me to visit livechat about my payment. so i went to the livechat and told the story how i did most of my wager on ''allowed games'' and that when i tried to do a jackpot slot, it told me my balance was 0, so i thought forbidden slots would automaticly be shown by a 0 balance.

 

the livechat told me they could not help me and said i had to send an email, while the email said i had to visit livechat about the payment. the livechat simply told me all my winnings were confiscated and that i could not do anything else about it.

 

i know its my fault that i did not read the full terms, but i have used probably allmost every offer of casinodaddy and never had this before, exept on multilotto were they just warned me for it. My suggestion is to remove these offers on your page, or atleast leave a note that a lot of good games are forbidden, so that it wont happen to anyone else. it happened to me, to bad and i know its my fault, but i would not want this to happen to anyone else.
