Leovegas Free spins and Merchandise When you purchase the free spins please pay close attention to the country list to see if you are actually eligible. I have seen some people complain about not getting the spins because they went all "didn't read lol" while not actually being on the allowed country list. If this is the case and you purchased the spins, just mail me at michel@aboutslots.com and I can credit you the points back without problems. When it comes to the merchandise - Leovegas had some delays with July/August orders, but they are being processed today and shouldn't take much longer after that. Hoodies/Mousepads/Other Pragmatic Play items Being processed as we speak. I'm in close contact with someone from the merch department, and we sat down together and went through the list backtracking to March 2019 and onwards. We did run into quite some issues with people not filling in their complete address requiring us to google where they actually live - so please - play close attention to the questions asked upon ordering the items. State/Province is often forgotten. Premium items are also on high priority to be sorted, as people have had to wait for an eternity by now and that is shameful.
