And they won't do sh** about it. If I think now, I was really stupid to hold any money on this site. Their security is awful. All someone needs is your email and the 4 digit secret code. My guess is that someone at one of the casinos used their position to get my code. The best thing is that the money was sent to a registered neteller merchant and neteller still wont do anything... I suggest to use two-step authentication. One think I can say is that the Casino has no way of getting your pin-code. Neteller is one of the worlds biggest solutions for online payments, I hardly think they have scammed you. The thing is that there are A LOT of scammers out there, doing everything they can to get a hold of your account information. Probably you have either went in to a website that looks like an official one or maybe replied to a mail from a scammer. This way you can get a keylogger on your computer for example. There are many ways to accidentaly disclose your account information if you are not carefull. Sorry to say, I don't think you will get any compensation from Neteller.
