I asked because I had zero idea why I had one. Ogge timed me out for using the "D" emote that we have used in chat for quite some time now. At the exact time he did it, chat and ogge were talking about/referencing Bonanza... and that emote, as a slot player, you will know is the D for GOL-D.. .. THAT is why I used that emote in chat. Not as Ogge said "that I was deliberatly promoting another streamer". That emote has been used in reference to bonanza for well over a year with no issues in CasinoDaddy streams. Suddenly today it is a insta-chat-ban. With no forewarning and worse, no mention of the ban at the time it happened. I have zero issue "not" using that emote... the emote is irrelivant here... the lack of information is my issue. A simple " guys we don't allow that emote any more " would have been more effetive than a chat ban... because the 10 minutes of chat crap that followed was bad for the stream... that was a wholly deconstructive way to tell people you have changed "your plolicy" on something. (JessGross) I find it hard to know aswell what's okay and whats not. feels like it differs on whose streaming right now. However, I don't think you got a ban for using the "d" in chat. Rather I think it was a timeout. Also, I think it may have been a simple missunderstanding and I am sure it will not happen this way again. This is exactly the problem, the rules are unclear. Dont get me wrong, i love CD and i love Ogge. Yea it was just a timeout and as stated that wasn't the issue, its what happened after in chat. All that was needed was clarity not speculation nor the insinuation made. But its all good. Imo Ogge is still new to the stream and perhaps he has different ideas to what "the considered normal" is for the stream. Howerver, if it was an actual policy change on that one particular emote, it should be made clear to regular viewers rather than a carpet boming approach to chat ban for it.
