The store is not broken, its just not restocked, Zyvera is working his ass off to get things sorted atm. We have stuff that hasnt been sent yet since months back. Then this with all the points happend. So plz guys have a little faith. Zyvera is doing all his best to fix everything. U can read all about the points here: As of now we know that Streamelements has had some backup issues with the points system. Right now it looks like points are back at the state of nov 2019. This has affected everyone watching this stream. We don't have more info right now but stay tuned, we will announce when we have more information.
