Locowin - unethical business practices?

Hi,

so, I just got stripped of my winnings for my first time in playing Online-Casinos (5 yrs+, 50 Casinos+).

I deposited 50€ on Locowin yesterday. They are operated by Gammix Limited, whom I knew from playing at 7gods Casino.
I ran that up to 1350€, playing a variety of games. I started my withdrawal and today was notified that my winnings had been stripped away.

Apparentely, I breached their Bonus Terms. They state, on the very end of the Document, that you are prohibited to play a list of certain games while having an active Bonus.

The List consists of many prominent Games from prominent Providers. Including Book of Dead, Vikings, Secret of the Stones, Reactoonz, Eggomatic ..and so on. It's around 50-60 Slots.

 

Now, I accept the fact, that it was my fault to not check the Bonus Terms from head to toe. Since I knew that 7gods was legit, I just assumed that they would be similar and just skimmed over it. Stopping after I reached the end of the Bonus Terms Section. Because most of the time, all Casinos from the same operator, share more or less the same Terms.

 

But honestly, to me, this particular restriction's sole existence seems like a way to create a loophole for denying players, who don't study the Terms good enough, their winnings.

 

Having this kind of restriction is NOT usual business practice in Online Casinos. And NOWHERE on the site to they refer or hint at that restriction, except for the very last sentence in their AGB.  Additionally, this particular term comes AFTER the section for the General Bonus Terms. There's some other arbitrary section, before they than come back to some more Bonus terms, stating you are prohibited to play this list. To me, this is concious deception.

They even actively promote almost all of these games on their starting page.

In Addition, the games on this List don't seem to share any kind of connection in terms of variance or gameplay.

Some are high variance, others are the opposite. It's just a colorful mix of popular slots from prominent providers.

 

This feels like a scam.

This site is really bad... My account got fully verified and they said "it can take up to 48hrs to approve your withdrawal" Ive been waiting for  60hrs now.. When I contact them via livechat they only say "oh we are so sorry but we have unusually many withdrawals at the moment" I call bullshit..

Had the same thing today, i deposited 200 euro with the welcome bonus i got 400. Completed my wager with 3600 left. My withdrawal got cancelled and my balance deleted because i played games that i wasnt allowed to. If you ask livechat they only have standard answers and dont really help because theyre part of the scam. 
 

On there site they mention fair play everywhere, but there not even fair. They should block the games that youre not allowed to play. To prevent this from happening. But then they will have to pay out more and thats what they dont want.

I would like to answer this because basically the same happened to me today. Games like moon princess, rise of olympus and jammin jars were banned, which is usually clearly stated when you open the games on other casino's. I played only these 3 games which are on the list. I didn't know they were prohibited aswell. It is also that I didnt read the bonus terms that carefully apparently, but forfeiting my entire bonus money (I deposited 50 and my withdrawal was 803 euros) and leaving me with 50 euros on my account instead of the 800 which should be on my bank account seems a bit fishy. I tried contacting support but, besides the fact that response time is slow as can be, just kept stating t&c instead of responding to my questions better.

Yes. Don't deposit on Gammix LTD. Atleast don't take any deposit bonuses or highroll here. Same shit happened to me with CashiMashi kind of. But I didn't play a slot on the restricted. They just made up that I placed bets over 5€ which I never did lmao.

You need to read ALL bonus terms and conditions before you start to wager your deposit + bonus or even before you deposit on certain site. Every Casino usually put most important things on the bottom and with smaller letters so you must be smart and read it in entirety so you can avoid this kind of stuff happening. It's usual practice to have list of banned games for wagering purpose on a lot of Casinos so you can't really blame anyone beside yourself and learn from your mistake.GL in the future.

i am activelly playing on locowin. Reached an VIP lvl , i cannot complain in any way about this casino.

Every information needed regarding playing on an active bonus is stated under "Bonusterms"

Like on any other casino u have to read them beforehand...

Just red them fully in the future, so you know in fact what u r allowed to do, and what not.

I Still, even though i know that list by now, got the bonusterms opened in a second tab. Using "Ctrl+F" where i type in the slots name... not found.... perfect! play it, found? dayum, move on.

The people saying it’s a scam are ridiculous. The list of banned games are in the T&C. Anyone using a bonus should always resort to the list before playing. I 100% of the time CTRL F and type the name of the game into the T&C before I play any slot when using a bonus, even when I played it 100 times before on the site. It’s easy, just keep a tab open with the T&C. Sorry you had to lose money to figure this out

Before I use a bonus, I check the T&C for max bet and restricted games, so it doesn´t include slots I want to play.

Then I pick a few allowed games and only wager on them. 

 

What would be interesting in this case is why Locowin restricded these games.

I understand the restriction of games where you collect acheivments, progressive jackpots or where you can level up etc.

But just plain games is wierd.

All sites with the Gammix licenses are bad as fuck, I still get their stupid SMS promotions even tough I've sent STOP to the number stated at the bottom of the text messages, and need to contact live chat everytime because you can't unsubscribe from their promotions in any other way...
