WestCasino refusing withdrawal to accepted methods

Recommended Posts

Hello

I signed up to West Casino through Casinodaddy link and deposited with my card. I checked Ts and Cs and accepted payment methods including their withdrawal policy and the site states you can withdraw to the same method you used to deposit.

However upon attempting to withdraw card option is not available. Trustly and Ecopayz are the only options showing. Not mastercard or skrill (both of which I have, despite these being advertised on the site. Chat unfortunately are not fit for purpose (screen grabs attached) and the casino has been unresponsive.

Trustly does not work when you attempt to use it and I closed my Ecopayz over a year ago and do not use this provider. I would like to withdraw to the method I used to deposit inline with MGA regs and in line with West Casino Ts and Cs. Alternatively I can bank transfer or use skrill and verify both.

At this point West Casino are simply refusing to help and allow me to withdraw which is in conflict to their Ts and Cs.

Can anyone help?

I like and love watching casinodaddy. The only thing i dont like is all of this promotion of scam casinos.  Over and over again i hear and read about new people not being able withdraw or bonusses getting lost.

I know that is how they make money, but it just not in a way that i can approve :)

@Casinodaddy I sent you a request via email also and have not had a response as of yet?

My askgamblers complaint against this casino has been published by West I doubt will respond.

It would be great if someone here could help?

Day 5 now since I contacted Casinodaddy via email and 4 days since i started this thread......No help or response from them.....Happy to take my affiliate money on sign up? But no interest in helping their players when a casino won't allow them to withdraw? Difficult to think any differently at this stage....

Hey man, maybe you should try to make a small deposit with skrill and wait 24 hours and see if skrill is available to withdraw ? (as i can read on your post you said you deposited with card but not skrill)

on my experiences on other casinos, you  must deposit first in order to activate same method to withdraw funds  (cashouts to mastercard/visa cards are allowed but not for all countries so maybe thats the reason why you having some small problems)

i recommend this site:

https://www.payglobel.com/

you can move funds there using skrill/neteller/paypal/cards/bank accounts/Btc - among others to deposit and cashout, very useful. (theres small fees when you cashout to card for example but is small)

If you do not see a solution within some more time, you can contact the jurisdiction in Malta and make a complaint (only against the casino with which you have conflict, since casinodaddy cannot be held responsible for payments not made by the casino since the casino have their own terms&conditions)

info added on screenshot attached: there you can see is regulated, incorporated under the malta laws and theres also their address, so with this all we can see everything is in order, so theres must be some issue with your account, your country, your payment method, or something else, but with more patient and being intelligent, you should receive your money (if its clean and all balance is withdrawable)

sometimes is hard to receive winnings, some time ago i waited 1 month to complete verification and being able to cashout from a site,  so your hope is alive until they ban you or they  close your account, otherwise theres always a hope.

im just a simple person trying to help and trying to give you my humble opinion.  so im not responsible for anythyng related to this.

Good Luck and we hope you can solve this.

maybe they receive your email into the spam folder, so you should try to contact them on discord for example.

they stream daily and theres almost 5K members in poker homegame and 163K+ followers on twitch and 63K+ youtube subscribers so maybe they missed your email for some reason

Thank you for all this. I have started an ask gamblers complaint.

Unfortunately skrill is not an  available option on my deposit page. Chat have told me Skrill is no longer available but I know this is untrue. I am not happy to put more money in when I am not able to withdraw what is in the account.

I would of hoped someone at Casinodaddy could of helped as they have people on the forum i assume.

Unfortunately Casino daddy have not helped at all. I have messaged them 3 times and started this thread over 7 days ago now.

I started an ask gamblers complaint and they are helping.

I think this experience shows where the attention goes when it comes to Caisnodaddy, get those pleayers signed up, get their CPA or rev share and then don't card.
